We know that when getting kids to eat certain foods, at times it all comes down to the marketing.

This minestrone soup recipe in my column on What’s for Dinner? on Barista Kids shows how renaming it Pasta soup made it a winner with The Ladies™.  Here’s the recipe. Ladle with love!

  This looks really hearty! I agree on the rebranding. We call broccoli “tiny green trees” and it works a treat in our house.
