What’s for Dinner? Wild mushroom and black rice soup

I posted this hearty soup recipe on Barista Kids. It is so earthy and rich you would swear there is beef stock in it, that is the dried porcinis talking. I promise you dear vegetarians there is no meat whatsoever so you can eat with much gusto and no guilt. Omnivores give it a spin for Meatless Mondays!
